The paper focuses on the magazine “Armenia. Eco delle rivendicazioni armene” [Armenia. Echo of Armenian Claims] published between 1915-1918. It will first briefly analyze the presence of Armenians in Italy in the period of WWI. It will further consider the terms and phrases used by the Italian press to report the massacres and deportation of the Armenians. Finally, the paper will discuss a number of issues of the Turin-based magazine “Armenia”.
