Sviluppo e valorizzazione del territorio

Assessment of the potential of the territory of Provincia Autonoma di Trento, towards knowledge and sustainable development of the cultural resources. A set of interventions which aims at triggering the knowledge and the public fruition of local cultural goods can certainly constitute a good opportunity for the sustainable development of a territory. Nevertheless, in order to be effective, these intervention have to be based on a deep knowledge and understanding of local resources. This paper is therefore a synthetic analysis of the context of Provincia di Trento, in order to assess its readiness for the implementation of interventions addressed to the enhancement of the territorial system. As a consolidated methodology for similar assessments has not been developed yet, this review has been based on progressive suppositions. Therefore, it starts with an analysis of the tangible cultural offer, and comes then to an assessment of relations and associative dynamics on the territory. A SWoT model has then been built in order to synthesize the data.
