Diccionario contextual italiano-español de parónimos

This dictionary adresses the linguistic phenomenon of false friends through a triple analysis, as it compares their morphosyntactic, phonetic-phonological and semantic aspects, thus expanding their comparative variation in both languages and showing the range of their diversity not only in what referes to their meanings (including presented etimologically when it comes to polysemic cases), but also in their uses and pronuntiation in both languages. This dictionary is, therefore, a work that includes more tan 7,000 linguistically marked entries, emphasizing not only their pragmatic use, but also their metaphorical sense, the complex asimmetry and the disparity of frequency of use in each language. On the other hand, it tackles the variety of uses (from standard to literary and to more specialized or sectorial ones) providing new solutions to the problems derived from didactics and translation.
