Autobiography is the key element in the process of remember, allowing the recovery of affective and emotional perspectives to achieve a better understanding of our selves. Few actions are so closely intertwined with knowledge, affects and emotions than recalling memories and disclosing hidden facts and existential nuances. Such sensory richness is the easiest doorway to the realm of subjective knowledge and perceptions, thus enabling geographers to manage the potentially fruitful interfaces not only with psychology, oral history, anthropology, but also with most of humanities.
