Il contributo analizza la disciplina dell'offerta fuori sede nel Testo Unico della finanza, tenendo conto sia delle diverse modifiche intervenute in materia sia dell'evoluzione delle tecniche di comunicazione a distanza tra gli intermediari e la potenziale clientela, evoluzione che induce ad interrogarsi sulla nozione stessa di "fuori sede".
