La vulnerabilità dell’impossibile

I claim that the notion of “resistance”, understood within the framework designed by Michel Foucault and Gilles Deleuze, is very helpful for sketching the contemporary practice of philosophy as right. Contrary to a dialectical fight, the philosophical resistance may be the capacity to aspire to the future (Appadurai 2004), as the transformative potentiality of the reality. Disclosing spaces of freedom, it permits to understand the present through new models of thinking, and imaging new paths for our collective agency. In this paper I argue that it is exactly in the notion of “impossible” that the philosophical resistance may be effective, being its vulnerability. Therefore, focusing on the transformative power of a passionate, dynamic, and embedded agency, I develop some of the political goals of an embodied philosophical practice. emotions
