The Itaian co-authors- Emanuele Rossi (Bicocca University, Milan) and Guido Max Mantovani (University Ca' Foscari, Venice, and H.E.R.M.E.S., Strasbourg) - bring insights from their experience with the Higher Education and Research in Management of European Universities (H.E.R.M.E.S.) project. Corporate Finance - Principles and Practice in Europe is ideal for basic/introductory courses as well as intermediate courses in corporate finance in Europe.
