Abstract
Based on extensive research in US, West German and Italian archives, this essay argues that Eurocommunism, born in connection with the economic crisis of the early 1970s and the transatlantic disputes that it generated, began to decline as the PCI's leadership failed to understand the implications of the closing of the Transatlantic rift at the end of 1975 and the changed model of capitalism produced by the newly found Transatlantic unity.File in questo prodotto:
