Mean-Field theory is developed for the system of magnetic ions located onthree or four sublattices, described bythe Heisenberg Hamiltonian with all theexchange integrals different. It is shown that for a certain ratio of exchangeparameters, the system with all antiferromagnetic interactions can manifesttwo compensation temperatures.
