In this article we have provided evidence in favour of a derivation of dislocation structures in terms of movement starting out from a configuration formed by lexical XP and doublee ("big DP"), as proposed in the literature. The analysis of aphasic production showed that, under certain conditions, the configuration XP+clitic was produced. We showed that the syntactic contexts in which the configuration XP+clitic was produced by the patient cannot be accounted for through the idea that the configuration is base-generated as such in argumental position but involve a low position within the vP periphery.

Abstract
In this article we have provided evidence in favour of a derivation of dislocation structures in terms of movement starting out from a configuration formed by lexical XP and doublee ("big DP"), as proposed in the literature. The analysis of aphasic production showed that, under certain conditions, the configuration XP+clitic was produced. We showed that the syntactic contexts in which the configuration XP+clitic was produced by the patient cannot be accounted for through the idea that the configuration is base-generated as such in argumental position but involve a low position within the vP periphery.File in questo prodotto:
