Entre el deseo y la realidad: aproximación al incesto en la comedia áurea

Since so long, the attractive of the incest theme has favored its appearence in different texts. In the theater of the Golden Age, the incest could appear according to four modalities founded in the criteria of culmination and relatives implicated (between parents and children or between brothers and sisters, vertical or horizontal). After that, this article explores some of the characteristics of the dramatic representation of incest: the conflict between love desire and the force of blood that advices of the real kinship (in relation with the edipical echoes), the occasional connection with religion or politics, the differences established by the concept of decorum, among other questions.
