The study is a review of payments under the first pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy. From the "Europe 2020 Strategy" aiming at smart, sustainable, inclusive growth. The objectives of the CAP are specified: more efficient agri-food production, sustainable management, and fight against climate change. The implications involve reorientation to the market, price risk management, customs protection. The analysis considers the provisions relating to the Community's agricultural policy contained in five regulations from 1305 to 1310 of 2013, and places them at the level of our Country, to outline the effects of the reform, in particular on the entity and the evolution of aid.
